Huge file (might take some time to load).
I can't believe I just did this digitally because I'm usually too lazy to do this. I like it but I know it's not my best (coloring wise).

Though I should be doing other artwork I ended up with this (or school work for that matter XD ).

Okay story time
I run out the door to get to the space craft’s main room where the man with the controls to the halo rings. I open the door. The room was pretty much the walls were windows. There he was standing there. I quickly get out my knife and sprint to kill him. He dodged back. I cut his left chest but before I could switch my blade to strike him for the kill he grabs my arm with the weapon and goes up to me.
“You are too late”
“What!?”
“I’ve already set the halos to operate. I’m sorry but I feel that for the sake of any living being we should destroy the flood by destroying ourselves. Hopefully evolution would not create anything like the flood ever again"

Okay I never read any of the books nor finished all three games so I'm pretty sure I'm wrong on the short story but cut me some slack it was a dream ( a very vivid one).

yeah, its quite possible. I think a SPARTAN would do that if he/she didn't know the full extent of the situation. the Halos only kill the food source, not the flood itself. Halo Legends would prefer to say otherwise :P
but what I say about it only killing the food source, that's material from the storyline itself, not a Japanese anime, haha.
so in other words, all that SPARTAN would be doing is killing everyone else to the Flood can starve and die out a little later after everything else is dead.
just filling you in, but i like that story/dream either way, lol.

Oh well if something doesn't have a food source it cannot live. I don't think I really made myself clear on that. Sorry bout that and I wrote this right before I went to bed so I gotta go over some things (eventually) haha.

I finished the first game so I know why the halos were made. I never watched Halo Legends, well I did but only a third of it.
